Raised with a Silicon Valley mindset and a New York City drive, Lisa blends her hyper-creative mind and unapologetic business geek methodology to create a sustainable career embedded in purpose. Primarily a Creative Director and Producer, her works evoke emotion and action among viewers.

Alaska McFadden is a SAG-AFTRA actor, improv comedian, writer, and filmmaker based out of Brooklyn, New York. As an actor, she had the privilege of training with Elizabeth Kemp (The Actor's Studio/Pace University, A Star Is Born), where she trained in the Stanislavski method. Her short film Loose Ends earned a “Rising Star” award at the Canada International Film Festival. Her training as a performer informs both her passion for directing and ability to create an immersive experience for audiences, regardless of the medium at play. 

Lucas Ruderman is a Director/Cinematographer in the NYC area. He specializes in narrative and dance films, while also having a hand in documentaries and commercials. He’s worked on spots for Adidas, Arm & Hammer, Coca-Cola, Michael Kors, and others. He also works as a gaffer in the industry as well as an assistant camera with credits in shows on HBO, Netflix, A&E, Showtime, and other networks. Dejan Naumovski is an experienced video editor with 9 years of refining his skills at Vesta Production. Driven by a lifelong passion for self-improvement, he takes pride in his several design and motion design certificates from schoolofmotion.
